Here are a few big reasons why it’s the perfect time to sell a home.

Almost every industry you can think of is dealing with supply chain disruptions. The real estate business is no different; buyer demand is high, but seller supply is extremely low. Since buyer demand is so high, we’re running out of available homes for sale. Lawrence Yun, the Chief Economist for the National Association of Realtors, recently had this to say: “The inventory of homes on the market remains woefully depleted and in fact is currently at an all-time low.”

Inventory in the Greater Kalamazoo market has fallen below a one-month supply for the first time in history. As you can see on the chart at 1:07 in the video above, the number of homes for sale has been steadily dropping over the past six years. With high demand and low supply, sellers are going to be able to negotiate the best deal possible in this market.
